Giants Allegedly Will Have Manny Pacquiao Bobblehead Day
According to boxing promoter Bob Arum, the San Francisco Giants baseball team are having a Manny Pacquiao Day on April 21, which will include handing out Pacquiao bobbleheads. As was reported here last week, the Giants have released their promotional schedule and there is nothing about Manny Pacquiano anywhere on it.
Given the two sources, for now I’m going to believe that the Giants schedule is accurate. If a Pacquiano bobblehead gets added to the schedule, my guess is that it will not a particularly highly sought after bobblehead among baseball bobblehead collectors. There could well be a decent market for it in the Phillipines, where Pacquiano is from and remains wildly popular.

Who are the 2 sources? I run the most accurate bobblehead listing site and I know nothing about that.
The two sources are the Giants, who didn’t mention the Pacquiano bobblehead, and Bob Arum, whose comments are linked to in the post. As I said in the original post, given those two sources, for now I’m going to assume this isn’t happening.
